Refund policy

Here is Billet4x4’s straight-forward policy on returns:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from date purchased.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
- Items must be in the same saleable condition as received.
- Items must not have been mounted or used in any way.
- Items must not have been tampered with or altered with in any way.
Based on these conditions we will make a determination to credit the product total.
Buyer is responsible for returning items.
There is a standard 15% re-stocking fee on all returned items.
